Sunscreen!
We cannot stress the importance of sunblock enough. If it sounds like we’re beating a dead horse, we’re sorry, but it’s only because it is really that important. Both young and old folks and everyone in between should be regularly using a strong sunscreen (SPF 30 should do the trick). This is especially important in the spring, because most of us have had little sun exposure during the winter months and now our skin is exceptionally vulnerable to sun damage. Avoiding overexposure to the sun will not only help prevent acne breakouts, but it will also prevent premature signs of aging. Consider a New Moisturizer

Myth #1 – Tanning can help Clear up your Acne
