Face Cream Reviews, Skin Care Tips, and More!
Well, it doesn’t come as to much of a surprise to us here at Face Cream Central, but CSI USA, Inc. has recently issued a voluntary recall of several of its over-the-counter anti-acne creams. The products that have been recalled include the following:
What do all of these products have in common? Well, they’re all essentially the same 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Cream, only with different names for different retailers. They’re also very cheap.
These acne creams were recalled after it was discovered that they contain Burkholderia Cepacia, a bacteria that could potentially aggravate or even cause infections in the skin of those with cuts, scrapes, sores, or other similar skin conditions. It is also believed that the acne cream may be dangerous for folks with weak immune systems.
If you happen to have purchased any of the above products lately, you can get a full refund by writing to:
CSI USA, Inc.
170 Commerce Way
Gallatin, TN 37066
Attn: ACNE CREAM RECALL
You can either include the products themselves or proof of purchase when mailing to the above address.
