Face Cream Reviews, Skin Care Tips, and More!

Look for foods that are rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants are key because they work to counteract decreasing dermal elasticity, collagen, and overall firmness.
Among some of the best high-antioxidant foods are:
Tomatoes
Containing a significant amount of lycopene, tomatoes can help to greatly reduce your chances of developing cancer.
Red Peppers
Bursting with Vitman A, Vitamin E, and bioflavonoids, red peppers can help moisturize as well as heal your damaged skin.
Carrots
Along with beets and other types of reddish and dark-orange vegetables, carrots contain a significant amount of antioxidants.
Salmon
Salmon contains a particularly high amount of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to reduce inflammation as well as promote lubrication of the skin. It’s also delicious!
Blueberries
Another delicious snack that is filled with antioxidants and has many anti-aging properties. However, we do not recommend that you frequently combine blueberries with salmon, as this may cause you to turn into a bear.
Try implementing as many of these foods into your diet as possible and see if you see results over time. Also, don’t forget to drink plenty of water. At least four to six glasses of water per day are recommended to achieve the youngest, most wrinkle-free skin possible.
